A lot of people have dreams of building their muscles, but if you ask them why they have not started they will say they do not have the time to spend in gyms. Such a statement is simply rubbish and people who are often saying this are just using it as an excuse! You see, bulking up fast does not entirely mean that you need to spend long hours training inside the gym. A mere thirty minutes to an hour, three to four times per week is fine. It is true that building up your body is hard work, but nothing is impossible if you are determined. To help you out, here is a short list of useful tips on how you can gain muscles fast.

1.) Training with the use of light weights is not going to provide you with anything. If big gains are what you want, then you need to train big and heavy as well. You see, if you are not providing your muscles with enough stress, you are not going to bulk up fast.
2.) A lot of newbie bodybuilders are asking how many reps to tone muscles?  The true secret to bulking up is performing low reps (at least four to eight per set) using heavy weight loads.
3.) A lot of people think that if they perform their reps in a fast manner, they will be able to do more repetitions and in effect, will lead to huge muscles – that idea is incorrect!  Doing slow reps in the proper form will give you the results you want.
4.) Protein is very important when it comes to building the size of your muscles. The right amount of protein you need to take in on a daily basis is about one-hundred-fifty to two-hundred grams. Do not rely mainly on protein shakes. What you need are long term proteins and they can be found in vegetables, eggs, cottage cheese and other dairy produce.
